FAQ's

• Color mode is important to make sure we print your files with the correct color. Creating objects, images, or other elements in either Pantone or RGB color mode may cause an undesirable color shift when printing.
• CMYK is the only acceptable color mode so color prints properly. Make sure all colors in your document are saved in CMYK color space.
• All commercial printing solutions use CYMK colors, RGB is used for display on computer monitors only. You can convert a project from RGB to CYMK, please be aware the end product will always print in the shade of CYMK.
• What is CMYK?
CMYK represents the four standard inks used in all types of printing
• C = Cyan
• M = Magenta
• Y = Yellow
• K= Black (Key)

You may create an account and save your design into your account using our Custom Design Tool or send an email to info@highspeedsignshop.com with the details and we will reach out to you

We use UV inks that are environmentally safe. Along with State of the Art equipment that is energy efficient, we utilize recycling of any leftover materials during production.

Our Printers are Digital and use Eco Friendly UV Ink, we use the same equipment and process for our Car/Truck Magnets.

The only time we charge for setup is if you need our Graphic Artist to recreate an image. For instance, if you submit a screenshot of an image as opposed to the original file and our Artist must recreate the image, we will charge a setup fee. This fee will not exceed $45 and we will discuss this with you and suggest options to eliminate the charge on your order.

• Low-resolution files may print as pixelated and low quality.
• If we catch the problem, your order will be placed on hold and delay your turnaround until we receive new files.
• If submitting an image file like JPF or TIFF, make sure it's 300 dpi or high resolution relative to the size of the image. For example, if the image is the full size of the document, it will need to be 300 dpi to be high resolution. If the image is just part of the document, and much smaller than the page, then it just needs to be high resolution enough to look good.

A High Resolution image for digital printing is required. The higher the image resolution, the more clear and crisp the image will print, 300dpi is the minimum resolution that can be used. Less than that and the image will be pixelated and slightly blurry. This will typically be a Raster file.

Our recommendation for resolution is the same, however due to the size of banners we recommend a Vector file that can be stretched without losing the resolution.

The best quality product starts with a High Resolution file. We suggest Vector based files. There are a various programs that allow the ability to convert a file to PDF file format which can be used as a Vector file. If you don’t have the capability to save the image as a PDF file, a secondary option is to save the image as and EPS file format. Of course, if you aren’t sure how to convert your image, we are here to assist you!

Vector File:

Lines and Arcs are stored as Vector coordinates. Each entity has a beginning and end. This allows the Vector file to be enlarged maintaining the graphics integrity and will not print pixelated as a Raster file will print pixelated when enlarged.

Raster file:

A grid of small squares called Pixels are filled in to create the arcs and lines of the image. A Raster file is is measured in dots per inch or DPI. A Raster file cannot be enlarged or stretched without creating pixelation, which means it will blurry.

We will advise you if the file submitted needs to be converted, we offer file conversion for your convenience and will provide cost options.

Yes you can! If you are ordering a quantity of 100 signs with 4 sets of designs @25 qty per design the pricing will be for qty 25 x 4. Unfortunately we cannot offer qty pricing for 100 unless they are all the same design.

Even with the best Quality assurance and checks in place, it happens! We are happy to say, it is a rare occurrence, however we are all humans and human error is inevitable. Please contact our office and speak to a Representative immediately! We will correct the issue and reship at no cost to you.

We understand, email your file to info@highspeedsignshop.com with the specifications such as product, size dimensions etc and we will prepare a Quote from which you can place your order.
